✨ “The two most important days in your life are the day you were born … and the day you realise why.” ✨

The moment I understood my “why” everything clicked. Helping people unlock theirs through hypnotherapy is more than work - it’s my life’s purpose. 🧡

Alison found hers after just two sessions:

Is it easy to come out of a state of hypnosis?

Yes, you are in control of whether you are hypnotised, and therefore you can come out of hypnosis any time you choose to. It is not possible to get stuck in a state of hypnosis.

However, most clients prefer to listen to the hypnotherapist’s instructions and remain in a state of hypnosis until the hypnotherapist indicates that it is time to ‘awaken’.

Do you provide recordings of the hypnosis sessions?

Yes, I provide recordings of each hypnosis session.

This practice enhances trust and relaxation, as you have full transparency of the session’s content.

Playing the recording outside of sessions reinforces the therapy’s effectiveness, empowering you to manage future challenges independently.

So many people, like Thomas Sheridan, wait years to seek help, when real change could have started so much sooner.

I saw this article in the Metro last week, about Thomas, who, like many people has struggled for decades with a problem and eventually is seeking to hypnotherapy as a last resort because all else has failed to help him.

I find many clients wait for many years before seeking help with hypnotherapy, and it saddens me that people spend so much of their lives struggling unnecessarily.

Some of my clients have spent decades being sleep deprived before choosing hypnotherapy.

I believe the reason more people haven’t chosen hypnotherapy is because they are 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

We hold ourselves back with our choices which come from our beliefs and conditioning.

Hypnotherapy helps re-program our mind, in the way that we want it to, so that we can overcome traumas, move past blockages and reduce / eliminate unwanted thoughts, unhealthy beliefs and undesirable behaviours and habits in order to live the live we want to live.

Hypnotherapy is an incredibly powerful, easy way to make progress.

My wish for everyone is that they could understand and explain to others who need help, that progress can be much easier and quicker with hypnotherapy and people really can enjoy a much better quality of life if they get the right help.

Hypnotherapy is meant to be a short-term therapy, and ethically, hypnotherapists are bound by a code of conduct to provide the best treatment in the fewest amount of sessions possible.

I can only imagine that Thomas has contacted a hypnotherapist who charges a very high fee per session, and it saddens me that Thomas is now blocked from getting the treatment he needs because he believes he needs £6,000 to make progress he needs.

Please 🙏🏼 encourage those you care about to seek hypnotherapy if they need help. I had many years of therapy, and I’ve seen many clients make more change than I experienced in only a few sessions of hypnotherapy.

DM me if you have any questions or need support.

𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?

Hypnotherapists cannot give guarantees about the outcome of hypnosis because people are all different therefore treatments can work differently according to each person.

However, I guarantee that I will always work in your best interest, and I will apply my training, knowledge, skills and experience to the best of my ability in order to help you.

I am ethical therefore I would not offer a second session of hypnosis if you do not make progress from the first session of hypnosis.

We will work together to achieve your goals.

I am governed by a strict code of conduct, and I have provided the link for that Code of Ethics for you to view

𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱?

Most people can be hypnotised, although some people can be hypnotised more deeply and more easily than others.

You cannot be hypnotised against your will; it simply won’t happen if you don’t want it to.

Hypnosis is most successful with clients who are open-minded about trying hypnosis and willing to participate.

Having a good rapport with the hypnotherapist is essential for you to allow yourself to become hypnotised.

The hypnotherapist’s role is to facilitate hypnosis; however, the ease with which you become hypnotised depends on your willingness to be suggestible, meaning you are open to being influenced.

The success of hypnosis relies on your suggestibility to the hypnotherapist’s words.

Our minds are alert during hypnosis, therefore, our minds are able to reject anything the hypnotherapist says which does not resonate; likewise our minds will accept words which are beneficial and in line with the goals for changes agreed during therapy.

My client suffered with hay fever for several years and the hay fever was so uncomfortable that she didn't think she would be able to relax to have hypnosis.

I offered a session to get rid of the hay fever and after only one session, she no longer has hay fever.

When I asked her how she got on with the session for hay fever, she said, "oh I forgot that I used to have hay fever".

You don't have to suffer with hay fever when only one session can get rid of it.
