So many people, like Thomas Sheridan, wait years to seek help, when real change could have started so much sooner.
I saw this article in the Metro last week, about Thomas, who, like many people has struggled for decades with a problem and eventually is seeking to hypnotherapy as a last resort because all else has failed to help him.

I find many clients wait for many years before seeking help with hypnotherapy, and it saddens me that people spend so much of their lives struggling unnecessarily.
Some of my clients have spent decades being sleep deprived before choosing hypnotherapy.
I believe the reason more people haven’t chosen hypnotherapy is because they are 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
We hold ourselves back with our choices which come from our beliefs and conditioning.
Hypnotherapy helps re-program our mind, in the way that we want it to, so that we can overcome traumas, move past blockages and reduce / eliminate unwanted thoughts, unhealthy beliefs and undesirable behaviours and habits in order to live the live we want to live.
Hypnotherapy is an incredibly powerful, easy way to make progress.
My wish for everyone is that they could understand and explain to others who need help, that progress can be much easier and quicker with hypnotherapy and people really can enjoy a much better quality of life if they get the right help.

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻, 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 £𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆! I have been a hypnotherapist for 14 years, and I have never charged a client even half that amount of money to help them with their therapy goals.
Hypnotherapy is meant to be a short-term therapy, and ethically, hypnotherapists are bound by a code of conduct to provide the best treatment in the fewest amount of sessions possible.
I can only imagine that Thomas has contacted a hypnotherapist who charges a very high fee per session, and it saddens me that Thomas is now blocked from getting the treatment he needs because he believes he needs £6,000 to make progress he needs.
Please 🙏🏼 encourage those you care about to seek hypnotherapy if they need help. I had many years of therapy, and I’ve seen many clients make more change than I experienced in only a few sessions of hypnotherapy.
