Half way through my third pregnancy and keeping my yoga practise fun, playful and curious to keep me empowered in these long winter months!

After a couple of weeks break, I am excited to start my new block of yoga classes, where we grow stronger, calmer, more mobile and more patient as we gain resilience and compassion. 💪 🙌 🧘

My studio offers a space to soften, to release. When we soften and release we create space to grow. My classes aim to grow the body in strength, and cultivate an intentional focussed consciousness in what we are doing, how we are moving and what we can feel.

All you need a little time and a little space. I have the space, you being your time. I promise it won’t be wasted ! 👌💪

As well as other classes at other studios and private classes- these are my group classes that I run on a weekly basis!

Mostly fully booked but usually space in my Thursday and Friday classes but booking essential to avoid disappointment!

We focus on connection, cultivating consciousness, work powerfully into our bodies to build resilience through slow functional flows. I create yoga sequences that use our whole body’s strength from toe strength to pelvic floor strength, back strength to ‘wrist strength’ - synchronised with your breath for optimal movement- this approach enhances our mobility and flexibility is definitely not a pre requisite to come to yoga, I’m much more focussed on bettering your mobility and you leaving class feeling stronger and more confident in your body! 💪

My annual Yule Tidings Yoga evening is already over half sold out after 2 days, book by DM or email - to manifest some calmness into your deep midwinter time. Life can’t always be spontaneous with busy lives and commitments so intentionally make choices that your future soul will thank you for by building in stillness, space, time and love for own nourishment, alignment and purpose.

YIN is back- starting up this week. This block is full but keep your eyes peeled for the next block starting in November!

Yin works it’s magic in all spheres of your body;
✨slow passive stretches allowing you to gently and consistently target the connective tissue, which can improve circulation and range of motion, giving your muscles space to get stronger and more flexible in other areas of your life.
✨fine tune your mind body awareness by isolating physical sensations and expanding your discomfort threshold through focussed breathwork
✨breath by breath stepping away from fight or flight mode and breathing your way into softness, calmness and lowering the cortisol in your body
✨giving your mind time and space to settle into the present reality and chaos to let go of thoughts, judgements, expectations, worries and to do lists.

My yearly summer solstice event is back! Spaces have been filling up with my newsletter yogis- but a few spaces left if anyone would like to join! Pre and post natal friendly - a chance to find your calm, your stretchy softness, your firey strength and tune into the expansion of the sun at its highest most vibrant light through indulging all of your senses, through alfresco movement, breathwork, homegrown herbal teas, homemade treats and an awakening swim if you like! ☀️

NB: the yoga will be lawn/ meadow/ field or barn depending on weather but somewhat open sided so bring cosy clothies!

I’m so excited to be teaming up with the gorgeous this summer in their Yoga Brunches; 75 minutes of yoga with me in their sunset barn, swim in their natural pool, sauna session and delicious, nutritious and wholesome brunch using lots of scrummy homegrown ingredients.
