BODY TRANSFORMATION.

The picture on the left is from 23 weeks ago today; 5.3 months ago. Pic on the right is today.

I'm not sure of the exact weight difference but I'm confident it is at least 10kg.

Personally I can say I let myself go. It's easy to hide your true shape with clothes.

Through hard work, ups and downs and perseverance, the return to a fit, healthy body materialized.

I've got lots more pics to show but thought I would start off with a classic frontal view.
