Face Behind the Business, Meet Lizzy 🌟

We’ve had lots of new faces through the doors lately, so I wanted to reintroduce myself 👋

I’m the one juggling a little bit of everything behind the scenes. From teaching to tidying, scheduling to welcoming you, I’m always around and always happy to chat.

Here are a few things you might not know about me…

👶 I’m the youngest of three, with a brother and sister who are both older and definitely less wise 😜

📚 I’m introverted, happiest on my own with a blanket, cup of tea and fantasy romance book.

🧘‍♀️ I’ve been teaching since I was 17 and still get butterflies before a big class.

🧠 I’m obsessed with mindset, energy, and the subconscious and truly believe movement can change your entire state.

🎤 One day I dream of speaking on stage about self-worth, vibration and the power of the mind.

💪 I’ve completed a sprint triathlon and Hyrox Women’s Pro Singles both pushed me way beyond what I thought I could do.

💍 I got engaged in an underwater restaurant in Dubai, a scuba diver swam up with a sign that said: “Lizzy, will you marry me?” 🥹

🏡 I’m currently in the process of buying my first home with my fiancé, just 6 minutes from the studio (goodbye 30-minute drive from Bexhill 🙌) and honestly, I don’t know what I’m more excited about… moving in or finally getting a cat! 🐱

☕ My go-to is an oat latte from the café upstairs — made with love (and always a heart in the foam by my fiancé)

😅 Yes, I still get imposter syndrome but I lead with heart and give everything 100%

😊 I smile on my drive to work, even on tough days because science says it lifts your mood and rewires your brain.

📰 I’ve been featured in Health & Wellbeing Magazine and The Daily Telegraph.

🏆 And i am honoured to win Eastbourne’s best Business of the Year something I never expected when I first began.

✈️ I love travelling, I plan to see the whole world 🌍

This journey has been my biggest challenge and greatest joy.

Choose to float with the lid fully open, gently closed, or completely shut for a full sensory reset the pod is never locked.

You can turn the light off for complete stillness… or double press for a soothing rainbow glow.
