After the craziness of the holidays…does your body feel a little tight, tired, or just not quite like you?

As the seasons begin to shift and the days grow warmer, it’s a natural time to soften, open and create space within 🌿

I’m running a Fascia-Focused Yoga Mini Retreat at the end of April, designed to gently release tension, improve mobility and help you reconnect with your body.

Think slow, nourishing movement, breath, and a chance to properly exhale.

A bit of a fair-weather run this morning ☀️🏃‍♀️
And it felt really good to be out.

Followed by a gentle yoga warm down -
nothing structured, just easing back into the body.

A few shapes to open the hips,
soften through the chest,
and release where things felt a little tight.

Nothing forced. Nothing fixed.

Just creating a bit of space…and letting the body unwind in its own time.

This season carries that quiet rising energy - but for me, it’s less about pushing forward and more about gently opening, working with your body not against it.

If you’ve been moving, walking, running…or just feeling a little tired lately, perhaps allow yourself a few minutes to land and breathe.

No pressure. Just possibility.

(and yes… always balance with the other side too 😉)

This one’s not as easy as it looks…

A few twists, a deep hip opener and suddenly you find the places that have been quietly holding on.

Spring is a time for movement and growth - but not forcing.

Like the wood element, strong… but still soft.
Challenged…but still supported.

And yes… don’t forget the other side 😅

Your hips will thank you later 💚

A gentle flow for rebirth…
for rising energy, open space, and new beginnings.

From swaying and softening…
to strength, balance, and expansion…
(and maybe a wobble or two 😄)
and back to stillness.

A little reminder:
you don’t have to rush the change.
Just begin where you are.

When your spine is flexible, your energy and bodily system work and flow more easily. When it’s stiff, life feels heavy.

Just 5 minutes of mindful movement a day - undulating, twisting, breathing - can reawaken and refine your energy, listening to your joints so we don’t rust!
