Today I’m sharing something a little special.

On Saturday 14th March (the day before Mother’s Day), I’m holding a 2.5-hour Spring Equinox mini-retreat at Liphook Methodist Church.

An afternoon of gentle Spring Qigong, accessible seasonal yoga, breathwork and deep rest - designed especially for midlife bodies and busy nervous systems.

It could be a thoughtful Mother’s Day gift - or simply a few hours to reset and reconnect yourself as we move into the lighter half of the year.

Perhaps you may be 70 and feel 40, or 40 and feel 70 — the difference is how your spine moves.

In Seasonal Yoga, autumn is the season of releasing and letting go — and your spine is your backbone to freedom.

When your spine is flexible, your energy and bodily system work and flow more easily. When it’s stiff, life feels heavy.

Just 5 minutes of mindful movement a day - undulating, twisting, breathing - can reawaken and refine your energy, listening to your joints so we don’t rust!

A supple spine doesn’t just keep your body young…it keeps your spirit alive. 🍂

Move like a falling leaf - light, free, and dancing in the wind. ✨
