As most of you know I’m lucky enough to live on the beach but what really saddens me is when I hear ladies saying, as I did this afternoon, that when they have a beach body they’ll feel they they can sunbathe without covering up! WHY ? What exactly is a beach body? Your body is your body and you’re on tbe beach - so relax and enjoy it. Who do you need a “beach body“ for ?

We come in different shapes and sizes and people’s perception of you is none of our business- who cares ?? Basically, if you don’t like the way I look then look away- I couldn’t care less whether you think I have a “beach body “ or not. In fact I HAVE got a body and it’s in tbe beach ……most of the time !

I googled “beach body” and was deeply saddened to see what the media shove down our throats if THEIR perception of what that means.

Don’t let the media dictate to you what you should look like. Be yourself and stuff anyone who doesn’t like it. Love yourself, love your body. Your body is amazing. And so are YOU 💖
