You can try and separate the mind and body as concepts but in reality, they are so interconnected that the only way to make lasting change to great health is to treat them both.

My Integrated Ayurveda approach works with the mind, body and emotions at every step using Ayurvedic clinical diagnosis, diet, lifestyle, herbs, cleansing techniques alongside parts work, reflection and Shadow Work processing.

I make this process safe and effective through high quality qualifications and 20 years experience. I hold a BSc in Ayurveda and 3 years intensive Shadow Work training as well as my first degree in Chemistry from Oxford University.

I’ve written an article on how I work on my website, you can find the link in my bio. You can also find the link for booking there too if you feel inspired to start this journey with me.

Drop a heart if you agree with exploring the mind-body connection ❤️

Which resonates with you? Any archetypes you feel you recognise a lot? Any not so much?

An essential tool in understanding ourselves is looking through the lens of archetypes, universal patterns of behaviour. In my most recent article I explore four archetypes which can really help in finding areas which are calling for attention.

There is also a quiz to help you get a steer.
