I've been very quiet over the past year, but a lot has been happening π
Iβm so pleased to finally share with you that as of December 2025, I graduated with an MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling π. It was a very busy year for me, but one which generated a lot of self-growth and helped to shape the Psychotherapist I am today.
Iβm also incredibly proud to say that I am now a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). π©βπBeing part of such a respected professional body is a meaningful step in my journey, and I feel honoured to be a member of this organisation.
At this time, I am no longer offering regular sound healing classes. However, I may occasionally run a session on a rare basis, particularly if it is in support of a charitable cause, which is something I remain passionate about.
I have also decided to not offer private Psychotherapeutic counselling or Hypnotherapy sessions at this time until at least 2028, as I am fully committed to my work within the public sector. I am also prioritising maintaining a healthy workβlife balance to ensure I can provide the highest standard of care to the clients I currently support. π³
My passion remains within Pain management, especially for Women's Health (for example, PMDD, PCOS, Fibroids, Endometriosis, heavy menstrual bleeding, Menopause & Fibromyalgia), and I am currently extremely lucky to be able to offer this support alongside my current NHS role. π§ββοΈ
As always, thank you for your support π
