Do yourselves a favour this evening. Grab a bowl or bucket or whatever you can find fill it with cold water, throw some ice in it if you have any, maybe a few drops of essential oils if you have any and STICK YOUR FEET IN IT!!

For you all at Glastonbury this weekend!
I've never been, sort of want to go to experience it at some point in my life but equally know I would probably find it overwhelming, am not great with huge crowds and I hate a public toilet. There I said it.

Me: Do you suffer with Acid reflux? Indigestion?

Client: HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT FROM MY FEET?

Almost everytime!

Can you see it? If you look at the image of my clients foot you can see 2 quite distinct grooves/lines sitting over the oesophagus reflex, this runs from the throat reflex (under the big toe) to the stomach reflex (under the ball of the left foot). As a reflexologist this indicates to me a weakness in that area! It can be current or historical – infact this client struggled with terrible morning sickness while pregnant too! So there you go! There is always something to see on peoples feet and everything tells me something.
