📢 Don't forget about your if you have diabetes. For , we are encouraging people with diabetes to complete our FREE Kidney Health Checker here 👉👇 www.kidneycareuk.org/kidneyhealthchecker

🗨️ Through our campaign we want more people to understand just how their kidneys are! We want more people to understand the risk factors that mean you may be more likely to develop kidney disease, such as diabetes, and to see more people being diagnosed sooner, when more can be done to prolong their kidney health.

👀 If you know someone who has diabetes, please encourage them to complete our Kidney Health Checker by tagging them in the comments. Please note, our Kidney Health Checker is not suitable for people who have already been diagnosed with kidney disease or already have test results that suggest an abnormal kidney function.

From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight. To keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.
