I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years with a degree in Leisure Management and a multitude of qualifications in Group Exercise & Personal Training. I will also currently offering limited personal and group ( 2 max) training appointments, at my home or from your home. The sessions are designed to monitor and evaluate progress through a variety of disciplines, hopefully leaving you with just enough energy to come back wanting for more.
