Morning all

I just wanted to let you know I have a procedure on my back this Wednesday, requiring a few weeks of recovery and rest, then physio and follow up appointments, so I have taken this as an opportunity, until the New Year, to have a longer break from healing and treatments, to recover and recharge. Ready for the New Year, and new chapters!

I hope to see some of you before Christmas, maybe as a visitor to a couple of events, depending on how I’m feeling, but in the meantime wish you all a relaxing and peaceful time this Christmas & New Year with Family and Friends.
