A bit about me.....
Being a mum of two young girls, juggling the work/life balance can be hard. I have been lucky enough to be able to take the opportunity of being a ‘stay at home Mum’ since returning to the UK from Australia to re-train in Sports and Remedial massage (through Sports Therapy UK). Along with being a qualified Personal Trainer, having a passion for dance, running and keeping fit and healthy, I feel I have managed to find my perfect ‘job’ in massage.
Having the ability to help those who have injured themselves through sport, need maintenance to prevent any unwanted issues cropping up, help someone remain at their optimum, or simply to provide someone with an hours worth of relaxation in this busy world we live in, makes me thrive as a therapist.
A dedicated treatment room at home means I can provide comfortable and private surroundings alongside flexible treatment times to best suit you and your life. So, whether you have a specific problem that needs dealing with or you just want an excuse to do nothing for an hour, I would love to help.....
