V&C Family Care Ltd is a local family run Company. We started the company as we wanted to enhance the lives of those people in our local Community. Our bespoke person centred support packages are tailored to each individuals needs, putting our clients at the heart of everything we do.
Its not just our clients we support. Recently a lady put a post on FB regarding an elderly lady within our community who needed a new washing machine. Within 48 hours we had purchased one and had it delivered to her home. Rachel Almey sent us a lovely thank you message.
We have capacity to take on new clients in the area so if you or somebody you know requires some extra support get in touch and we can discuss what we can do to help.

Wow what a six months we have had! Our vision of how we wanted to run our Company has been met and exceeded in so many ways. We have an amazing team of staff, who all go that extra mile to enable our clients to live and not just exist. The reviews and feedback we get from clients and their families is humbling.
As we continue to grow we are always looking for new staff to enable us to support more people. We want to say a massive thank you to all our team.

As our Company expands we are looking for exceptional people to join us.

We really do ensure that our staff are supported in every way. We pay an above average hourly rate, we pay travel time at your hourly rate, we have a Wellbeing Ambassador who looks after the wellbeing of our staff, clients and their families.

Part time weekend and evening staff required. As we expand our client base we are looking for a number of part time evening and weekend staff. Here at V&C Family Care Ltd we only employ staff who want to got that extra mile for our clients.
No rushed visits, paid travel time between visits, an excellent starting rate which increases subject to a satisfactory probationary period.
