Welcome to a Monday night at ANDYSMANCLUB☕️

No judgement, no fees and no pressure to talk. Just a brew, a biscuit and a safe space to chat.

We now have over 350 groups running across the UK and online, every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays) for any man 18+.

This week the walk and talkers got invited to see an allotment and met Dave. Lots of craft in mindful craft and some lovely dinners and of course there’s always cake!!! 💜🦋

Wives, partners, girlfriends, mums, grandmas, daughters, friends, aunts, cousins, nieces, any ladies out there, we need your help!

If they're struggling, they have got something to get off their chest or they simply want someone to talk to, we are here for it all. We are liked minded men going through the same issues that they are going through.

Our local session are held every Monday except bank holidays, from 7pm to 9pm and we give them a brew, biscuit and peer to peer support in a friendly and confidential environment. They do not need to book or be referred. They can just turn up from 6.30pm.

Can you help on the day? We are looking for some volunteers to help man some of the stalls. This year the event is going to be bigger and better!! This is one of our main fundraising events of the year. Come and be a part of it. Please email admin@butterflyeffectwellbeing.com for details 🦋💜

🦋💜Join our friendly volunteer community, supporting people experiencing poor mental health. We are currently looking for volunteers for the following roles:

Monday 10.30am-3pm for social wellbeing session
Tuesday 9.30-11am cleaner
Tuesday 6.30-9.15pm for social wellbeing session
Wednesday 10.15am-12.15pm for Walk and Talk
Wednesday 11.30am-3pm for Mindful craft
Thursday 6.30-9.15pm for social wellbeing session
Friday 10am-12.30pm For Mindful gardening-this will be to maintain and grow vegetables in our allotment.
Daily 12-2pm to provide a healthy and nutritious meal for our members (this can be just 1 day a week).

Full training and enhanced DBS will be required
