Release your inner dolphin and join Team Employ-Ability to take on the two-mile distance at Swim Serpentine. The popular Swim Serpentine event takes in half a lap of the world-famous lake in London’s Hyde Park.
The two-mile event is for those who would like to test themselves with two full laps of the Serpentine, and is aimed at more experienced swimmers who have previously completed a one-mile open water swim. The two-mile distance is also one of the three events that makes up the London Classics.

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support including physical and sensory needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver against the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach.

It's a FREE service and we provide an Individual Placement Support service to individuals who would like support in gaining employment at a pace suitable to them.

Our Employment Specialist, Jessica, will be at Castle Point Council Offices today from 11 AM to 1 PM.

We support individuals with mental and physical health challenges, as well as those who are Neurodivergent, in finding meaningful employment at their own pace.

At Employ-Ability, we use the IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model to help our clients find, secure, and sustain paid employment.

Last week, our Employment Specialist Faye, from the IPSPC South Team had the opportunity to meet with the Chief Police of Essex Police and HARP's Education, Training & Employment Coordinator.

This meeting marked the beginning of an exciting partnership aimed at working together to promote our service.

By collaborating with key stakeholders, we are strengthening our commitment to supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, ensuring they have the resources and opportunities needed to secure meaningful work.
