We are so excited to be joining forces to offer expectant mothers two full hours of total bliss on Thursday 30th May from 6:30pm 😌.

Participants will experience...

🧘‍♀️ Gentle movement through a beautifully sequenced yoga class

💆‍♀️ Relaxing massage weaved in throughout the evening including neck, shoulder & head massages

✏️ Preparing for a calm and confident birth experience through mood board creation

This is a wonderful opportunity to take time out of your everyday responsibilities and allow us to guide you into a complete sense of calm.

We have 8 spaces available for anyone within their second or third trimester of pregnancy that would like to feel rested, nurtured and revitalised.

This special event will take place at The Parent Hood of Harlow, Friends Meeting House, Church Leys, Harlow CM18 6BY.
Free parking is available on site.
