Every morning, the family already knows, right after breakfast and before the day's activities begin, our family gets a healthy dose of "vitamins." I join them in drinking this juice, which is packed with nutrients: 18 amino acids, 22 microelements, 21 macroelements, 5 essential fatty acids, vitamins B1, B2, B6, E, 8 polysaccharides, 6 monosaccharides, phenols, polyphenol compounds, and 5 carotenoids. 🍃 ✨

I really want to draw attention to this because this is one of my important topics: it is very popular now to put "luxury home smells" in your home.

❓Do you know that it is very cheap to make synthetic fragrances and there is no luxury in them? Patchouli, vetiveria or bergamot, which are loved by many, smell not at all like the synthetic fragrance industry suggests.
They are easy to make and also fashionable, so all detergents and many synthetic products are now "aromatherapy".

❗️Important:
#1 Something that "smells good" and is made synthetically is not aromatherapy.
#2 Such products are harmful to your health.
If it's a public toilet and you breathe in those smelly "sticks" the next minute, it's okay, but if it's your home and you breathe that intense smell with your family all day long, then you better read on 💯
You may not want to know it, but maybe it's better to know it anyway?
Artificial smells are similar to constantly breathing cigarette smoke. Synthetic home scents, canes spread (does anyone smell good?) ), toilet aerosols, artificial fragrances put into the nest, synthetic scented candles (fragranced) balance hormones, influence weight growth, cause infertility problems (especially for future generations - in our body it accumulates and is passed on to future generations, even more toxins are recorded in the nucleus of newborns). This is so important for those raising girls. Not to mention allergies, asthma, eczema and other things you may not have.
The same is true for hygiene, beauty, household chemicals, synthetic detergents, with phthalates, petrolates (petroleum products), with artificial respirators. Our body "consumes" it through our respiratory tract and skin. Our grandparents didn't get as much toxic substances in their lifetime as some of us do in a week.

And don't be fooled when products say "with natural essential oils" - remember that it's even worse, because essential oils (if they're natural) take those harmful chemicals even deeper into the body. The product must be very clean to be able to inhale it or apply it on the skin.

You know there are ways that save money and with added benefits to feel good. 🌟 Use high-quality essential oil diffusers and high-quality essential oils that not only breathe and are harmless, but also have many health benefits.
