87.4 MPH 👉 92.2 MPH 📈 🚀 ⛳️

6 weeks ago we did the test and the average over 5 swings was 87.4 MPH. Fast forward to today and he hits an average of 92.2 MPH. Improving by 5mph, which in return can see distances increase by up to 20 yards. Which is huge on a golf course.

His biggest MPH last time was a 94 MPH and today he hit 100 MPH, an improvement of 6 MPH.

We have targets we are going to hit as Golf season is just around the corner ⛳️

A huge well done to client Gill for conquering Penn Y Fan mountain (886m).

Gill first lost weight for her son’s wedding (6.5stone). But then became a bit lost with what to do next. After seeing a couple mountains I had climbed, Gill said to me I would really like to do a mountain (something she had never done before), so with that we found the mountain we was going to do and set out with training and the mission to get to the top.
-
She did it 👏🏻, with determination and grit she reached the top and with a lot of emotion achieved something a lot of people wouldn’t have.
-
Also smashed her target for raising money for young Stanley helping him to reach his dream.

Yesterday I climbed Ireland 🇮🇪 biggest mountain ‘Carrauntoohil’. It stands over a 1000 meters high.

This was an awesome climb, tough in parts (devils ladder) but great fun.

The views were amazing until we reached the top as visibility was low at that point.
