White Bear Healing offers Reiki, Distance Reiki, Angel healing, Reflexology, energy healing with sound, crystals, aura cleansing, spiritual decluttering and cleansing, card readings ( tarot, oracle, runes, ) mobile service available I knew what I wanted to achieve and that I wanted to help people and started doing just that. I realise now after a long healing journey that what I did then was at such a basic level. Covid stopped my plans of developing a bigger and better business so I used the time to delve into some self healing. I worked on my traumatic childhood, a marriage break up, my relationship with my Dad (Who passed when I was young) and all that I had picked up and carried with me. Shedding so much trauma allowed me to begin working on the self worth, esteem and confidence, and I knew I had done this journey not only to heal myself but to help others do the same. I rebranded, learnt new techniques and developed what I was doing and I've had some really great reviews from clients I'm working with now. A few years ago I'd never be seen in photos, let alone do lives on fb, set up a paid membership where I record myself doing meditations or healings. And here we are, using my journey to help others.
