Today I just had a great apportunity to have a Legs workout and good chat with BodyBuilder Aurimas Rimkevicius 2018 he was third in British finals 2018, really nice person he is . I feel motyvated more than ever . 2019 it will be years of hard work and its time for big changes :)

Youngest TkFitness Client :) My lovely daughter pushing hard from young days :) Incline: Walking or running uphill burns more calories than going downhill or on a level surface. You wil burn an extra 3 to 5 calories per minute depending on the incline.

We have to learn to Walk before we can Run . Let's start from very beginning.
Old good Push ups (very end of my chest session):)
Main Muscles worked.
!Pectoralis major
!Anterior deltoid
!Triceps
!Anconeus

How to perform?

Support yourself facedown on the ground , with arms extended, hands shoulder-width apart, and feet touching or slightly apart:
*Inhale and bend the rib cage close to the ground without arching the low back excessively.
*Push back up to complete arm extension.
*Exhale at the end of the movement .

Variations
Varying the tilt of the chest focuses the work on different parts of the pectoralis .
*Feet higher isolates the clavicular head of pectoralis major.
*Chest higher isolates the inferior part of the pectoralis major.
Varying the width of the hands focuses the work on different parts of the pectoralis .
*Hands wider isolates the lateral part of the pectoralis major.
*Hands closer together isolates the sternal head of the pectoralis major.

I would like to share my 7 month progress guys. I always wanted to have a six pack like those guys on magazines covers; that was my dream; what a weird dream 😁 Anyway, I was telling myself that is impossible to get a six pack, but when I actually stopped to think and started to act, I got what I wanted. Conclusion: stop looking for excuses, move your arse and go get what you want . My new dream is to get massive legs 😁😁
