It’s a busy Friday day across both our clinics today, with 70 patients booked in! 👣

A huge thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their care over the years. From foot problems to back and joint pain, our podiatrists and osteopaths always work hard all to help people move more comfortably and get back to doing what they love.

We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support from our local community.

As the sun starts to make an appearance, you may be starting to think about getting your garden ready for the spring!

Before you grab the spade and declare war on the weeds, give your body a minute to wake up 🌿

A few simple stretches before gardening can make a huge difference. Loosen up your lower back, hips and shoulders to reduce strain, improve movement and help prevent those “I only did a bit of weeding!” injuries.

From an osteopathic point of view, gardening is surprisingly demanding. Bending, twisting and lifting all load the spine and joints. Warm muscles and mobile joints cope far better than stiff ones.

So take 5 minutes. Stretch tall, open the chest, gently rotate the spine, and ease into it.

Your garden will thank you.
Your back will thank you even more. 🌼
