I am a fully qualified (Level 5) sports massage and soft tissue therapist. I provide hands-on treatment, working with your body’s soft tissues to help relieve the pain and discomfort caused by the stresses and strains of everyday life, the dysfunction caused by over-used muscles, and to ease chronic pain. Massage therapy is more than ‘just a massage’. It can help anyone of any age. Whether you’re looking for a sports massage to help prepare for or recover from a sporting event, a relaxing massage to soothe and relieve stress and tension, or a deep tissue massage to relieve muscular aches and pains – I provide tailored assessment, treatment and rehabilitation programmes using a full range of specialist massage and soft tissue techniques to meet your specific needs, helping you feel better, move better, and perform better. From your first visit, I take the time to listen and to work out the best treatment approach for you.
