Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) looks at how our thoughts and behaviours affect the way we feel, sometimes causing or maintaining negative emotions. I am qualified cognitive behavioural therapist and I am pleased to offer therapy sessions in person, or remotely online. CBT is an evidenced based therapy and has shown to be effective to help with issues such as
