To every woman learning to trust herself again.

Healing.
Setting boundaries.

Breaking cycles.

That is powerful work.

Our bodies tell a story long before we say a word. Posture isn’t just about muscles and joints — it can reflect stress, habits, emotions, and how we move through life. During a posture assessment we’re not looking for perfection, we’re simply becoming aware of what the body might be holding and how small changes can support better balance, breathing, and overall wellbeing.

Why do we feel like we have to fit in?

So many of us spend years masking
adjusting who we are depending on the room, the people, the expectations.
But what if we just stopped?
This is me — unapologetically me.
Not perfect. Not polished. Just real.

And maybe the freedom comes when we stop trying to be who we think we should be, and start being who we actually are.

Hello lovely people ✹

The links are going out in the newsletter too, but I wanted to pop them here because I keep forgetting to add them!

I’m so excited to be part of two upcoming wellbeing events where I’ll be sharing one of my absolute passions — EFT coaching — how the body holds what we don’t say out loud.

📍 21st March – Hornchurch
📍 22nd March – Harlow

I honestly can’t believe how quickly tickets are going
it’s very much going, going, nearly gone in some slots!

If you’ve been curious about EFT, nervous system regulation, or how emotional and physical tension link together, this is such a lovely way to experience it in person.

Here are the links 👇 (don’t miss out!)

Why do we feel guilt after setting boundaries?

Because your nervous system is wired for belonging. For years it learnt that being agreeable, helpful, available meant safety. So when you suddenly say no, cancel something, or stop over-explaining
your body reads it as a risk. Guilt doesn’t always mean you’ve done something wrong.
Sometimes it just means you’ve done something different. That uncomfortable feeling afterwards? That’s your system adjusting to a new pattern.

What to do when guilt hits:
Pause.
Breathe slowly.
Notice where it sits in your body.
Tap while saying, “Even though this feels uncomfortable, I’m allowed to choose myself.”
Let the wave pass without undoing your boundary.

You don’t need to go back.
You just need to regulate through it.

When we people please it’s so bloody hard to stop, isn’t it? You don’t even realise you’re doing it half the time — you’ve already said yes before your body’s had a chance to catch up. And then comes the tight chest, the overthinking, the “why did I do that again?” If you notice yourself slipping into that route, pause. Literally pause. Take one slow breath. Notice where it’s sitting in your body. And instead of beating yourself up, tap on it. “Even though I’ve slipped back into old habits, my body was just trying to keep me safe.” Awareness first. Regulation next. Change comes after that.

Did you know what
it’s actually okay to say no.

Why do we find it so hard? Everyone has a right to protect their time and energy. The more you practise saying no and actually putting your needs first, your nervous system starts to calm down. It realises you’re safe. You’re not abandoning yourself anymore.

I’m doing a couple of talks and little taster sessions on 21st and 22nd March around nervous system regulation, If it’s been nudging you, come along.

Hello lovely Peeps, ok so this reel is around 5 minutes long and in that time your nervous system doesn’t need hours to shift.
It needs safety signals.

This is a simple 5-minute EFT reset you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed, wired, frozen or emotionally flooded. Did you know that ‘Tapping’ sends calming signals to the brain while allowing the body to process what it’s holding.

Save this.
Use it before work.
Use it after a stressful conversation.
Use it when your body feels “too much.”

If you’re coming to one of my wellness events, come and experience this in person — short taster sessions available on the day as well as talks 💖.
