I grew up being called the “problem kid.”
Later in life, I was diagnosed with BPD.
And now, as an experienced mum, I also faced times of watching my own child struggle.
I know both sides of this story — being the child who feels misunderstood and being the parent who feels exhausted, guilty, and overwhelmed.
For years, I carried shame, frustration, and the belief that something was wrong with me. But discovering EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) changed everything.
👉 EFT gave me a way to calm my nervous system, release guilt, and find peace in moments that used to feel impossible.
👉 It gave me a tool to show up differently as a mum — with more compassion for my child and myself.
Now I share EFT here to support other busy, stressed mums who feel like they’re drowning in the chaos of parenting.
