LOCKED IN MODE: ACTIVATED 🚨

Training for HYROX is in full swing and I’m all in. Strength is climbing, running is sharpening and my week is split with purpose lifting heavy, conditioning hard and putting in the miles where it counts.

Every session has intention, every workout has a goal.

Nutrition and recovery are non negotiable as I dial everything in for the next 10 weeks on the road to HYROX Pro Doubles.

The SLIM THICC Project starts in 10 days and this is me choosing discomfort, discipline and growth.

I’m challenging myself daily to become the strongest, fittest, most resilient version of me physically and mentally.

The mindset is locked, the vision is clear and I’m showing up even when it’s hard.

No shortcuts.

No excuses.

Just work.

A Different Kind of Sunday Reset 🧘‍♂️🐾

Myself and had a wonderful morning doing something completely different.

This morning we headed to London to puppy yoga at .yoga (Liverpool Street) surrounded by little French bulldogs who were the absolute cutest 🥹🐶🩵

It was the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, laughter and switching off from the usual routine.

Training hard matters but so does enjoying life and embracing downtime.

P.S the last photo is the puppy trying to leap straight out of my arms 😂

BFIT PERSONAL TRAINING LTD

Hello everyone my name is Brooke French and I am BFIT The Personal Coach.

The reason why I created BFIT Personal Training Ltd is because I believe that Fitness, Health and Nutrition is so important for each individual around the world. I want people to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. You only get one life so you need to look after your body and it will look after you. We go through so much in our lives, we need to make sure we are ready for anything that comes our way. Life is an amazing thing and so many people take it for granted.

Your only competition is you, you should never compare yourself to anyone else and that is my goal to help and teach as many people as I can that your fitness goals whatever they maybe are for you to reach not anyone else. I see a lot of things on social media with people wanting to look like others and I think why do you want that? You are your own version of you so become the best version of you not anyone else.

My aim is to help you along your fitness journey and get you enjoying your fitness and nutrition along the way. Sometimes we do feel like we can't be bothered but thats totally fine if you have a day like that. You recharge and you go again the next day. Never beat yourself up if you didn't workout or if you ate a doughnut, its fine you just reset and go again.
