BFIT Weekly Round-Up 🩵

This week has been all about balance showing up for training, enjoying a night out with the girls and soaking up the little moments like nephew cuddles and dog snuggles.

Finally tackled my first leg day since my injury which my legs where feeling for about 4 days 😅

Now I’m back with both feet I had to treat myself to a fresh pair of trainers 👟 of course and spent some well earned downtime with my husband.

A reminder that fitness isn’t just about the gym it’s about creating a lifestyle that feels good inside and out 💫

Running a fitness business is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done helping others achieve their goals lights me up every single day.

But life isn’t just about the grind.

It’s about making time for yourself, your loved ones and those little moments that bring joy outside of work.

It’s not always easy to balance business and personal life but I’m learning that true success is built on both passion and peace.

How to Stay Motivated This Winter & Build Your Summer Body 💪🏻

Summer bodies are made in the winter but staying motivated when it’s cold and dark isn’t always easy.

Here are some of BFIT top tips 👇🏻

1️⃣ Set small, weekly goals — progress is easier when you track wins step by step.

2️⃣ Switch it up — try new workouts, classes or routines to stay excited.

3️⃣ Visualise summer — picture yourself feeling confident and strong when the sun is out.

4️⃣ Reward yourself — celebrate consistency not just results.

Remember motivation comes and goes, but discipline will carry you through.

On the days you don’t feel like showing up remind yourself: every rep, every workout, every healthy choice is a promise kept to your future self.

Stay accountable because the work you put in now will show up later when it matters most.

🏅London Winter 10K – What a Day! ❄️

It’s been an incredible day for me and the BFIT brand.

After catching a virus a week before to then go and complete this course in 58mins 54secs I was buzzing with the result 🥳

I am so proud of the BFIT community for absolutely smashing the London Winter 10K today! 🚀🔥

Seeing you all push past your limits, step out of your comfort zones and hit new PBs was incredible.

That’s what it’s all about progress, resilience and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you think!

This is exactly why I love my job as a PT.

Helping people transform, grow stronger and take on new challenges is what drives me every single day.

Seeing your hard work pay off is the best feeling for me and I couldn’t be more prouder of you all.

Massive well done to everyone who ran today with me and onto the next challenge! 💪🏻🎯

Hello everyone my name is Brooke French and I am BFIT The Personal Coach.

The reason why I created BFIT Personal Training Ltd is because I believe that Fitness, Health and Nutrition is so important for each individual around the world. I want people to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. You only get one life so you need to look after your body and it will look after you. We go through so much in our lives, we need to make sure we are ready for anything that comes our way. Life is an amazing thing and so many people take it for granted.

Your only competition is you, you should never compare yourself to anyone else and that is my goal to help and teach as many people as I can that your fitness goals whatever they maybe are for you to reach not anyone else. I see a lot of things on social media with people wanting to look like others and I think why do you want that? You are your own version of you so become the best version of you not anyone else.

My aim is to help you along your fitness journey and get you enjoying your fitness and nutrition along the way. Sometimes we do feel like we can't be bothered but thats totally fine if you have a day like that. You recharge and you go again the next day. Never beat yourself up if you didn't workout or if you ate a doughnut, its fine you just reset and go again.
