Mid-week reminder to give yourself permission to slow down! Life is busy, but its honestly okay to take a moment, to breathe and just be, to let your own wellbeing take priority. These moments of calm reflection are important. You notice small details, connect to your self and to others more deeply. Its therefore crucial, especially if youre taking care of others in life, in work, that you find these moments of peaceful stillness to continue being the best version of you. At Yoga you can just 'be' without pressure, without competition, there is no race to be won. The hustle becomes less of a badge of honour, or proof of success but something you enjoy stepping out of, as peace is the real prize. Enjoy getting back to you โค๏ธ
