Meet our member Dr Sharon Crichlow at

are proud to have Dr Sharon Crichlow, a highly experienced Consultant Dermatologist on the GMC Specialist Register.
🥼
Dr Crichlow completed her undergraduate medical training at the University of the West Indies in 1998 before moving to the UK for postgraduate training at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth, where she received her MRCP in 2003. She later completed her specialist dermatology training at University Hospitals of Leicester in 2008.
🏥
She previously worked as a Consultant Dermatologist at Luton and Dunstable NHS Foundation Trust, where she also served as an Educational Supervisor for Specialist Registrars. Dr Crichlow currently practices within the NHS at West Herts NHS Trust and sees patients aged 12 and above.
🩺
Her professional memberships include the British Association of Dermatologists, Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians, Royal Society of Medicine, and the Caribbean Association of Dermatologists. She has lectured locally, nationally and internationally, and has published and reviewed articles in leading medical journals.
📚
Having experienced acne herself, Dr Crichlow understands the profound impact skin conditions can have on confidence and quality of life. Her clinical interests include acne, acne scarring, aesthetics, and dermatological conditions affecting skin of colour.
