Our operations manager took on a different kind of challenge a few weeks back, completing her first

“If I just eat less, the weight will come off.”
In menopause, under-eating often backfires.
Why?

If you’re in menopause and busy caring for everyone else, here’s the truth: more is NOT the answer.

More workouts.
More restrictions.
More pressure.
What actually works is the minimum effective dose — the smallest actions that create real change.

For busy midlife women, that looks like:
• 2–3 short strength sessions per week
• Protein at each meal
• 7–8k daily steps (not perfection)
• Consistent sleep times
• One planned “reset habit” when life gets chaotic

Most women fail because they try to overhaul their entire life at once. Then work gets busy. A parent needs help. One bad day turns into “I’ve fallen off again.”

Simple systems beat motivation every time.

Menopause weight management isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things consistently — even during stressful seasons.
