As someone who’s gone through the bouts of healing from something traumatic, to then training to be a Trauma informed Yoga Teacher, I want to help you as much as I can to feel (even a tiny bit) better. ✨
These are my tips to healing. As I said in the last slide, it’s not a final destination that you reach and go ‘right that’s it! I’m healed!’ No, you carry it with you. But the weight of it gets less and less painful and heavy if you decide to face it. With techniques like yoga nidra and being kind to yourself (physically and mentally), life does get brighter again ☀️
