Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed. I know you will appreciate my time is my business and late cancellations and no-show's really do affect my income. If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 50% of scheduled treatment costs being incurred. In the case of “no-show's” a 100% of the cost will be charged as I will have incurred expense in preparation of the treatment room. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
