Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed. I know you will appreciate my time is my business and late cancellations and no-show's really do affect my income. If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 50% of scheduled treatment costs being incurred. In the case of “no-show's” a 100% of the cost will be charged as I will have incurred expense in preparation of the treatment room. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. If you have health insurance its worth checking if this covers treatments such as Reflexology, as many now do. I am happy to supply a signed receipt and copies of my qualifications to obtain a refund from the insurance company for monies paid.
