Pleased to share I'm involved in Food Futuring, a collaborative project bringing together stakeholders from across Hertfordshire to co-create a shared vision for the future of our regional food system 🌱

On 16 February 2026, we held the first of three workshops, exploring the current state of Hertfordshire’s food system, identifying the strengths we can build on and the systemic barriers we need to overcome.

The room included participants from across the system: farmers, landowners, market gardeners, community growers, restaurants, nutritionists, cooks, composters, food banks, food rescue projects, charities, NGOs, educators, academics and local government. It was a powerful reminder of how interconnected our food landscape really is.

Creating a more resilient, regenerative and equitable food future requires collaboration and of which this is an important first step.

Looking forward to seeing how this shared vision develops over the coming months 🌾

We’re thrilled to announce that The Metabolic Way programme will be coming to St Albans this spring! The first session will begin on Wednesday 15th April, with dates and venue to be announced very soon.

Such a fabulous day being part of the Health for Life training event with the brilliant team at supported by 🌱✨
It was wonderful to meet everyone and be welcomed so warmly by Lucie and Sharon.

I had the pleasure of delivering today’s training, sharing my work as from my books and the Young Chef Awards to The Micro Matrix and The Food Teacher consultancy services and wellbeing support in schools. Developing a strong and positive school food culture can be truly transformative, and it was inspiring to work with such an engaged and passionate group of teachers. 💚

A real highlight was hearing about from Emma, Aston Villa’s fantastic Seed to Feed programme, and the brilliant work of the British food foundation. All doing such meaningful work to support healthy eating and cooking skills in schools. 🙌

Birmingham looked beautiful today with a crisp winter feel and a little touch of Christmas magic. 🎄✨
