New Teaching Programme coming soon…The Micro Matrix. Yesterday I did some recipe testing and made these quick fermented pickled onions…delicious and perfect for Key Stage 2 pupils to make whilst learning about the power of fermented food and their microbiome. This programme will complement Inside Out: Your Microbiome and Gut Health Festival in from 22nd-27th September.

Coming this September, Inside Out is GHP’s health festival, supported by the City of London Corporation’s Community Infrastructure Levy Neighbourhood Fund, with workshops, talks and activities promoting cancer prevention and wellbeing.

Thank you to everyone that joined In cucina con Sofia and I at The Coal Hatch for our first .

We talked all things ... it was great people shared their own challenges and there were a lot of questions!

In cucina con Sofia menu was incredible and linked into the theme beautifully, plenty of dark green leafy vegetables, good fats (olive oil, coconut milk and oily fish), nuts, seeds. Seasonal produce that Sofia picked fresh from Growing People farm

The evening then finished with some divine chocolates from Linny Lane Chocolatiere

We are currently planning a calendar of events so if you'd like us to come to your area do comment. Next stop Harpenden? St Albans? Welwyn Garden City?
