Understanding your blood test results is one of the most powerful steps you can take for your long-term health and wellbeing.
If your bank told you that you had “enough money,” you’d want to understand exactly what that means. Your health works the same way.
Your blood results are a window into your metabolic health, showing how your body is functioning beneath the surface. Yet most people are never taught how to interpret them, or what to do with the information.
Understanding the results helps you spot early warning signs, improve your energy, liver health, support weight management, and reduce long-term health risks.
Knowledge is power especially when it comes to your body.

By reducing refined carbohydrates, you can help stabilise blood sugar, reduce insulin spikes, and support better energy levels throughout the day. Many people also notice improved fat metabolism and fewer cravings when carbs are balanced with protein and healthy fats.

One simple way to elevate your protein at breakfast (or lunch) is with a cottage cheese omelette. Eggs provide high-quality protein and essential nutrients, while cottage cheese adds extra protein, calcium, and creaminess. Pair it with fresh greens and tomatoes for fibre and a satisfying low-carb plate.

Try this combo:
• 2–3 eggs
• A scoop of cottage cheese inside the omelette or even stirred through your eggs
• Handful of leafy greens
• Cherry tomatoes
• Optional herbs or avocado

You get a balanced meal with protein, healthy fats, and micronutrients that support blood sugar stability and keep you full for hours.
