An easy and quick way to eat the rainbow, and heal/please your microbiome, is through smoothies. My juicer was ยฃ16.99 and, blender ยฃ23.00.
Frozen fruits are a cheap and easy way to gain multiple fruits, and naturally chill your smoothie.
A good smoothie has fibre, healthy fats, protein, liquid and natural sweetener if needed.
I do 3 smoothies a week, for lunch. Then have a piece of sourdough with butter, salt and pepper at 3pm to keep me going till dinner.
I add the liquid, healthy fats, protein, 1/2 banana and protein first. I stamp it down with a spoon, then I can see how much fruit/veg I can fit into the blender bottle.

Protein = 20g Milled mixed seeds

Probiotics = 1tbl dairy free coconut yogurt
Natural sweetener = 1 tsp honey

Natural sweetener = 1 tsp honey
