Life can be chaotic, but being at one with nature slows everything down and brings a welcome calmness. The weather is something that we love to complain about in this country. 😄 But since I started gardening it really doesn't bother me. The plants and the grass really need it after the heatwaves we've had. So I'm still having my coffee outside, under the umbrella, fluffy dressing gown, blanket, feeling cosy, while watching the power of nature, before I go to work. Enjoying all the seasons, watching the garden change each time, keeps you present, promotes mindfulness and creates calm in the chaos. So why not unleash your inner child this Autumn, put some wellies on, a waterproof jacket, and have fun in the rain, followed by a nice hot chocolate and a relaxing bath afterwards. The Danish call this feeling Hygge and it's life changing when you embrace it. ❄️🌨️🌱🪺☀️🌻🍂🌧️

An easy and quick way to eat the rainbow, and heal/please your microbiome, is through smoothies. My juicer was £16.99 and, blender £23.00.

Frozen fruits are a cheap and easy way to gain multiple fruits, and naturally chill your smoothie.

A good smoothie has fibre, healthy fats, protein, liquid and natural sweetener if needed.

I do 3 smoothies a week, for lunch. Then have a piece of sourdough with butter, salt and pepper at 3pm to keep me going till dinner.

I add the liquid, healthy fats, protein, 1/2 banana and protein first. I stamp it down with a spoon, then I can see how much fruit/veg I can fit into the blender bottle.

❤️🩷💜 Fruit/Veg = Frozen redcurrants, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, black cherries, black grapes, grated raw beetroot, half banana
Healthy fats = 1 tbl Peanut butter
Protein = 20g Milled mixed seeds
Liquid = 300ml Oat milk
Probiotics = 1tbl dairy free coconut yogurt
Natural sweetener = 1 tsp honey

🧡💛 Fruit/Veg = Frozen pineapple, mango, freshly juiced orange and lemon, grated carrot, half banana
Healthy fats = 1 tbl Coconut oil
Protein = 20g Milled mixed seeds
Liquid = 300ml Coconut water
Probiotics = 1 tbl dairy free coconut yogurt
Natural sweetener = 1 tsp honey
🍍🥭🍊🥕🍋🍌🥥🍯

💙💚 Fruit/Veg = Blueberries, freshly juiced lime, fresh spinach, half banana
Healthy fats = 1/2 avocado
Protein = 20g Milled mixed seeds
Liquid = 300ml Oat Milk
Probiotics = 1 tbl dairy free coconut yogurt
Natural sweetener = 1 tsp honey
