🚨A DIET CLUB LOGIC... 🙈😂🚨

What on earth is the world coming to when you are encouraged to eat as many bananas as you like because they are apparently a “free food” but as soon as you eat a mashed one it’s 4 “syns”? MADNESS! 😱

The problem I have with so many diets are that they don’t TEACH or EDUCATE people around correct nutrition. 🍴🍎

Yes there are many that have lost weight on attending “diet clubs” I salute each and every one of you.. however.. how many people do you also know that have jumped on them MULTIPLE TIMES looking for a sustainable result and not got one.🙈

The Nutrition plan that will work for you long term is simply the one that you enjoy and can stick to - get rid of “syns” and restriction. Learn about nutrition and how it fuels your body, ultimately fat loss comes down to a calorie deficit. Meaning you eat less and burn more - simple maths. 🧮

I hope all of these diet companies start to see sense because the more and more I learn about the things they tell people the more I’m shocked.🙈

🚨One thing people still don’t understand when it comes to fat loss🚨

When people start to diet for fat loss they fixate on the things they think they can’t eat. Their entire “healthy eating” regime is focused on exclusion…

No chocolate for 30 days… dry january… no carbs before marbs etc sound familiar?

You get the idea…

Going cold turkey will make you feel deprived and you’ll want to rebel against your unnecessarily restrictive rules…

Don’t impose unrealistic food bans on yourself and prioritise reducing the overall volume you consume!

🚨HOW MANY MEALS SHOULD I HAVE FOR FAT LOSS?🚨

To cut all the 💩 about how many meals you should eat... ultimately as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will lose body fat.

Eating less and moving more wins again! ⚖️

However, for many people this will mean a different amount of meals each day... depending on your work schedule it may be easier to eat 3 meals a day. Others may find 4+ meals is easier to stick to as it means less time waiting between meals. 🍽🥤🍎🥗

Ultimately if you are eating the correct amount of calories that puts you in a calorie deficit in 1 meal or 6 meals it all works. 🍽💪🏼 It comes down to what works for you.☺️

Personally, I stick within 3-5. Mainly 5 meals (3 main meals and 2 snacks). Find what works for you and stick to it.🔥👍🏼

1️⃣ Focus on small wins! 🎉Once you start noticing these more often you’ll feel like you are starting to achieve something.

2️⃣ Positive Mental Attitude (PMA)! 🧠This works wonders! Get rid of any negativity it’s not serving you or your goals - don’t let it hold you back.

3️⃣ Do things that you are good at! 🤩You CAN achieve things and you’re damn well good at them!

4️⃣ Surround yourself with people who pick you up! 👥Have a look at the people you hang around with, are they adding something to you and your life or are they holding you back.

5️⃣ Find time for exercise! 🏃🏻‍♀️The release of feel good endorphins will help with PMA and you’ll end up transforming the way you feel about your body. With progressive training you’ll get progressive results in the gym.

6️⃣ Stop seeking approval! 🗣Other people’s opinions don’t pay your bills, simple as. If you let go of caring about what others think of you, you see a whole new world of possibilities.
