When you work for people who are making a difference, changing the way our communities gather and how we treat new parents - it makes these jobs even sweeter.

In September my babe will be doing a bit more time at nursery, so I’ll be on the look out for extra work soon 👋

Is it seen as a sign of weakness? People think it’s comes across as spoilt? Or is it just we’re conditioned to struggle??….

I always harped on to my birth clients about planning help and support for their fourth trimester and now I’m doing it for your businesses.

You can’t do it all alone.

I hate it, but every time Emily from forces me in a field when heavily pregnant, down an alley or to borrow a nice chair from a nearby shop…. The results are always worth it!! 😍

🌼 Thank you 🌼

Hey everyone. Long time no speak on this account. I felt the need to retreat and keep my pregnancy quite private, I struggle a lot with severe sickness and then SPD, something had to give and that was social media and birth work in general.

The lovely Emily got in touch when I was 39 weeks pregnant asking if I’d be up for some maternity photos in a gorgeous local corn field.

My instinct was to say no! 🙈😕

But I’m so glad I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, look how amazing these photos are! 😍

I’m so glad I have these to look back on! Thanks to Emily for making me feel comfortable and creating such beautiful memories. She also does family and newborn shoots, so get in touch!

Ps. How amazing is the female body!! Xx

Ahead of International Day of the Midwife & International Nurses Day, we would love to hear from you. 🌟 Some personal news from me and an update about my business availability. 🌟

I wanted to drop you a line to let you know of some changes here at Be Kind HQ.

I have taken the decision to pause most of my birthy offerings to concentrate on my own pregnancy and birth journey. I will not be doing any group hypnobirthing courses or offering any doula services. I am open to taking on a handful of private clients if you've worked with me before and want a refresher course. I am also always here if you need any recommendations in the area.

I want to thank you all for being here, being the best bunch of clients, amazing inspirational peers and for all the kindness over the last 4 years. I hope to return slowly once I've got used to raising two small humans and will keep in touch.

😴 I’ve been quiet on here… 😴

🥁…We are expecting our second baby this spring. 🥰

I feel so blessed and am starting to feel excited. But this pregnancy so far has been so hard!! 😣 My first was such a breeze…

I suffered with severe sickness and nausea (oh and the constant gagging) for over 3 months and it was exhausting. Surviving on white bread, sweets and afternoon naps.

I am now in bed with my second streaming cold of the month dreaming of the lemsips and cold medicine I’m not allowed. 😮‍💨

I am putting my doula work and group Hypnobirthing courses on hold as I really just want to concentrate on my own pregnancy journey and am finding all the conversations, opinions and realities of the birth world quite triggering.

But I’ll be back… if I feel better in the New Year I’ll document some of the second part of my pregnancy.

Merry Christmas you lovely lot.
Be kind to yourselves and try and fit in some self love during this lovely (crazy) time xx Carys.
