💚 A truly beautiful day at Harpenden Springs 💚

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the lovely children from Harpenden Grove Infant & Nursery School, who came to share their books and stories with our residents. Watching them read, laugh, and connect was something so special - a moment filled with pure joy and genuine connection.

Today reminded us that kindness, time, and connection are the most meaningful gifts we can give. Moments like these leave the biggest impact on our hearts. ❤️✨

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful parents and teachers for making this visit possible, and for nurturing such kindness in the children 🤍

We hope to see everyone again this 5th of April for our Easter Egg Hunt and 50s–60s Live Entertainment Party, along with our lovely afternoon tea 🎶🐣

💚 Harpenden Springs — A Special First Week 💚

It’s been such a special week at Harpenden Springs as we opened our doors and welcomed our first three founding residents into their brand‑new home.

They were warmly welcomed by our General Manager and care team, and gifted a beautiful bouquet along with their very own founding resident key fob, a small but meaningful way of saying, “This is your home, and we’re so happy you’re here.”

We’re delighted to be part of the Harpenden community, and to welcome new residents. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to share more special moments as Oakland Care's brand-new flagship sustainable care home - Harpenden Springs, grows into a thriving home full of life and belonging.💚

We're delighted to announce that Harpenden Springs, our brand-new flagship sustainable care home, is now officially open!

Today is a really special moment as our compassionate team welcomes the first residents who will call Harpenden Springs their home.

We're pleased to open a care home that brings exceptional all-inclusive care together with thoughtful design and is powered by renewable energy, creating a warm, future-focused environment where residents can live life to the fullest.
