✨A LITTLE UPDATE FROM ME ✨

I hope you’ve had a lovely summer and feel rested and recharged 🌞

❌ The September relaxation session won’t go ahead as I’ve got an unexpected medical procedure.

🤞 I’m hoping to be back for October — keep an eye here or on Eventbrite for the new date.

🌸 Something New is Unfolding… 🌸

I’ve been creating a new space called The Unfolding — a place for women to gather, connect, and meet themselves exactly where they are in life.

As Paulo Coelho says:
“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.” 💜

That’s the heart of The Unfolding. No cost. No pressure. No expectations. Just connection, support, and a gentle reminder to slow down.
