Recently I ran a Mandala Dotting workshop with my daughter’s Guides group. It was fantastic to watch how everyone completely focused on their design and created some beautiful art on their stones! Time seems to disappear when you start dotting and total focus on creativity takes over. I have always told myself that I’m not artistic but actually as adults when do we ever sit and try? We can learn a lot from children and reprogram our belief in what we can achieve. 📣I have a brand new booking system set up!

I’m excited to announce that I will be running my first weekly Yin Yoga class on a Thursday evening! 🧘‍♀️

📍It will be at Move Yoga Studio, Parliament Street, Harrogate from 19:30-20:30.

ℹ️ The class is designed for all levels, including beginners. Expect a class that will include deep stretches to help ease tight joints, and beautiful meditations to calm busy minds 🧡
