Good morning & Happy Monday 😊😊😊 I hope your days got off to a good start? Todays video is about gratitude. When we send out loving and grateful vibrations to others we too will feel the benefits.
Walking
Tomorrow I am doing a 4 hour hike with my sons scouting group 😮 when we are walking (or you can also do this running or cycling etc) it’s a really great time to repeat affirmations because you get into a rhythm. Remember the more you repeat affirmations the more your unconscious mind takes you naturally to achieving them. Keep your self talk positive and Enjoy ☺️
Finding the good
Let’s focus on the good 😊 it’s so much better for us than focusing on the bad 😔 We can all find a positive in our day no matter how tiny it is. Tune into that - it’ll feel loads better 🌟
