What is Dry Cupping and what are the benefits?! 🤔🤔

This is a procedure where the cups are placed on different areas of the body. A suction pump will then be used to remove air from the cups, lifting the soft tissue up into the cups.

This increases blood circulation to the area of injury/tension, which will then reduce tension, promote cell repair and improve the flow of energy in the body.💆‍♂️
