3rd season with Harrogate Railway Athletic FC as first-team matchday physio ⚽️🙌

It's been a great journey so far, gaining experience pitchside and continuing to develop in the role. I couldn't do it without the quality people, players, and management l've had the privilege to work alongside.

I'm grateful for the trust, the challenges, and the opportunity to keep learning each week. Excited for what's ahead this season and everything still to come! 🔴🟢

What is Dry Cupping and what are the benefits?! 🤔🤔

This is a procedure where the cups are placed on different areas of the body. A suction pump will then be used to remove air from the cups, lifting the soft tissue up into the cups.

This increases blood circulation to the area of injury/tension, which will then reduce tension, promote cell repair and improve the flow of energy in the body.💆‍♂️
