Hi All,
Myself and Lizzy Mills will be running a workshop based in Harrogate on the 11th Feb.
We will be providing a safe space to enable people to explore what parts make up their world, their needs and the systems they require to thrive.
We will be creating terrariums and using the glorious Valley Gardens (weather permitting) to explore the nature around us and help us to reflect on our own individual ecosystems. we will focus on the balance of self care, growth and having the right people and situations around us.
There’s cake and of course the terrarium will be to take home to remind you of your needs. You can watch your creations flourish under the right circumstances.
