PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL YOGA 1:1 CLASSES ✨
Hello!
I am now back from maternity leave and I’m so looking forward to offering 1:1 pregnnacy and postnatal yoga sessions at the gorgeous
I love teaching these sessions, it is such a privilege to help pregnant/ postnatal ladies during this very special time. The benefits of yoga are vast and it’s a beautiful practice to help nurture and support the changing body and help with emotional wellbeing at such a transformative time. You don’t have to have done any yoga before starting as its a very gentle practice. I tailor the class to exactly what you need, some ladies need a deeply calming practice to help to reduce birth anxieties and stress, others prefer a more energising physical practice to strengthen their bodies and relieve aches and pains- some like a mixture of both. No two pregnancies are the same and that is why a private class just for your body is a fantastic way to reap all of the benefits.
