Meet our new Home Manager, Sharon Oldfield ✨

We’re delighted to welcome Sharon as our new Home Manager at Fairfax Manor!

Sharon brings with her a wealth of experience from both the NHS and Social Care sectors, having led a 100-bed care home in the local area to achieve a CQC Outstanding rating in three domains: well-led, caring, and responsive. She is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where residents can thrive and staff feel valued.

Outside of work, Sharon enjoys family life with her husband Paul, their two grown-up sons, and a lively household of pets - including a new puppy! 🐾

Please join us in giving Sharon a very warm welcome to the Fairfax Manor family - we’re excited for the future ahead!💙
