At 52, Claire came to us wanting to build muscle but realised she first needed to strip things back, reset, and rebuild from a stronger foundation.

💪 Over 8kg down, stronger than ever, and finally seeing the definition she’s been chasing .

A full-time working mum with an 11-year-old daughter, Claire juggles a busy life, old injuries (knee op + shoulder tear)

She trains 4x/week, walks 10k steps a day, and has learned to stay consistent — even when it’s hard.

Before, she struggled with:
❌ Sugar cravings
❌ Inconsistency
❌ That “start again Monday” mindset

Now she has:
✅ Structure
✅ Accountability
✅ Results she can see and feel

Claire’s story proves that with the right plan, age and hormones don’t have to hold you back — they just make the win even sweeter 💥

So proud of this one. This is only the beginning 👏

The photo on the left is Em Diamond. The photo on the right? Also Em Diamond.

But they couldn’t be further from each other.

In both, I went to the gym—but in one, I just exercised did a lot of classes and HIIT and in the other, I trained with intention & worked with specific programming and progressive overload.

In one, I prioritised sleep, managed stress, and fueled my body properly. In the other, I was out drinking multiple times a week and living on quick, easy takeaways.

In one, I was stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset. In the other, I accepted that life throws curveballs, and the key is doing the best you can with what you have.

In one, I had a negative mindset, letting setbacks define me. In the other, I try to see those negatives as challenges opportunities to grow.

In one, I chased quick fixes. In the other, I embraced the fact that progress is a lifelong journey and if you don’t start, you’ll never get there.

They change took time, consistency, and a shift in perspective. But that’s the point, real, lasting change isn’t about perfection or about immediate shift. It’s about showing up, making better choices when you can, and pushing forward even when it’s hard.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start.

Let’s talk about Calorie Cycling for Fat Loss ⬇️

When trying to lose weight or body fat, the most important factor will be the overall number of calories you consume.

Yes, you burn calories exercising, but it’s far more easier to eat less than it is to burn more.

One of the toughest aspects of weight loss is maintaining a calorie deficit consistently.

Some days it’s easy and others aren’t so easy.

Those not so easy days cause frustration and guilt and often result in people giving up.. example is “blowing it at the weekend”

You don’t need to be in a calorie deficit EVERY single day.

As long as your total weekly calories averages out to a daily calorie deficit then you can still have amazing results.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ You can eat the same amount every day⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ You can eat a bit more on workout days⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ You can eat less during the week and eat more on weekends

You can break it down however you want.

Whatever way works for you.

All you need to know is what daily average you’re aiming for.

Remember, it’s very important to have a plan when doing this.

What holds many people back from success is eating those extra cals on weekends WITHOUT eating less during the week.

So the calorie deficit that was created all week vanishes by Sunday evening and you are back to square one.

In this example, I used 2000 cals as a daily target but keep in mind that your target will be different based on how much you weigh, how tall you are and how much you move.

If you need a little help, simply DM the word ‘CALORIES’ & we’ll be in touch.

This is what it's about!

LEARNING how to eat healthier for LIFE.

We could have easily given this client a meal plan and said go follow this...

Would it be beneficial? Yes

Would it be beneficial long term? No

Why?

Because who wants to follow a set meal plan for 52 weeks of the year?

Yeah.. me neither.

"But guys, can't you just create a meal plan for me?"

We hear this a lot...

Our answer? We certainly can, but they don't work.

Why?

Because meal plans are just temporary fixes...

They don't require you to think about what you're eating, to really break free from the dieting cycle, you need to involve yourself in the process.

When we rely on meal plans, we often feel disempowered and unsure about making our very own food choices.

Instead of handing you a meal plan, we EDUCATE all our clients to never need a diet plan again.

The key to success in the long run?

Education, mindful eating, and developing the skills to make your own food decisions.

PS. Are you fed up of eating well and training hard and not getting results? Why not book a Fret discovery call with us, see what we can do to get things moving. We'll tell you exactly what's stopping you!

Every single one of these women made a decision.

A decision to stop waiting.

To stop doubting themselves.

To stop putting their health, confidence and happiness at the bottom of the priority list.

They took the leap and backed themselves… even when it felt uncomfortable. Even when life was busy. Even when motivation disappeared and the easier option would’ve been to quit.

And now look at them.

Marathons completed.

Pull-ups mastered.

100kg deadlifts lifted.

20kg transformations achieved.

Confidence rebuilt from the ground up.

Strength discovered they never knew they had.

Weddings, holidays and life events approached feeling proud, empowered and genuinely happy in their own skin.

But the best part?

None of these women started as “elite athletes”.

Most of them started with nerves, self-doubt and the fear of failing.

What changed was not magic.

It was the decision to stop settling for less than they deserved.

They chose to show up on the hard days.

To stay consistent when motivation dipped.

To trust the process long enough to become the person they always knew they could be.

And that’s why they’ve achieved incredible things.

Not because they’re special.

But because they finally started acting like they were worth fighting for.

The next success story could genuinely be you.

So ask yourself honestly…

How much longer are you going to wait before backing yourself too? 👊🏼

Can you relate? 😅

So many people get frustrated and want to give up after there weight hasn't changed after one day or even one week.

You won't lose weight through one day of tracking calories or going to the gym.

You need patience & consistency.

And of course it's fine to weigh yourself and collect data, but don't let the scales not change be the reason you give up & think 'what's the point’.

Keep going!

Here’s the mistake 👇

But first — comment “LEAN” and I’ll send you the exact system we use to help busy women get lean, toned, and defined while working 50+ hour weeks.

For years, I thought getting lean meant:
➡️ More cardio
➡️ Eating less
➡️ Sweating more
➡️ Starting over every Monday

And honestly? It kept me stuck.

I was training hard, eating “healthy,” and still felt soft, uncomfortable in photos, and frustrated that nothing actually changed.

Here’s what nobody tells you about getting lean:

🚫 More cardio is NOT the answer

If you already feel soft or “skinny fat,” endless cardio usually just makes you a smaller version of the same shape.

You feel drained, hungry, exhausted by midweek… and still don’t look how you want.

🏋️ Strength training is what creates definition

The lean, toned look comes from building muscle.
3–4 structured strength sessions per week with progressive overload will change your body far faster than another hour on the treadmill ever will.

And yes — it works even with a demanding career and a packed schedule.

🍗 You need to eat enough protein

Most women trying to get lean massively under-eat protein.

Living on salads, coffees, and 1,000 calories while stressed and overworked destroys your energy and makes building shape almost impossible.

We start most clients at 1.5–2g of protein per kg of bodyweight.

📊 You need structure, not “healthy eating”

Eating well is great.

But getting lean requires knowing:
• Your calorie target
• Your protein target
• Your training structure
• Your recovery

That’s what creates consistent fat loss and visible definition.

🔁 You need to stop restarting every Monday

This is the biggest thing keeping women stuck.

Strict all week → dinner/drinks on the weekend → guilt → restart Monday.

That cycle destroys progress.

The women who get lean are the ones who learn consistency, not perfection.

We’ve helped 250+ busy women — directors, consultants, solicitors, and business owners — go from frustrated and uncomfortable in their body to genuinely lean and confident without giving up their lifestyle.

You do NOT need more cardio.

You need the right structure.

Comment “LEAN” and I’ll send it over.

“Everything about the way I live my life has improved massively.”

That line right there is why we do what we do.

Sam joined us 7 months ago while living out in Thailand running his own business.

On the outside, things looked good… but behind the scenes he was struggling with his nutrition, consistency, lower back pain, energy levels, and the mental side of looking after himself properly.

Fast forward to today:
➡️ 9kg down
➡️ Stronger physically
➡️ Back pain massively improved
➡️ More confidence in the gym
➡️ Better relationship with food
➡️ Better routines, structure, and mindset
➡️ And most importantly… a completely different approach to life and health

What makes this even more special is that him and his wife both committed to the process together. Both supporting each other, growing together, and completely changing their lifestyle as a team.

And this is what real coaching is about.

Not just handing someone a generic plan and disappearing.

It’s the daily support.

The WhatsApp check-ins.

The conversations around food, habits, mindset, stress, training technique, lifestyle, routine.

The constant adjustments.

The accountability when motivation drops.

The education that gives someone confidence for life.

Because lasting transformation is never just physical.

It’s mental.
It’s emotional.
It’s learning how to become the type of person who actually prioritises themselves again.

Sam said it himself:
“It’s well worth the money and well worth investing your time and energy into because it will change your life.”

We’re proud of you.

If you’re watching this and know deep down you’re tired of starting over, struggling alone, or not feeling like yourself anymore…

This is your sign that things can change.

“Why didn’t I do this sooner?”

And if you’re reading this thinking the same thing… this is your sign.

It’s easy to stay where you are. To keep putting it off. To tell yourself you’ll start next week, next month, when life feels a little less busy.

But the truth is—nothing changes until you decide it does.

Behind every transformation like this isn’t perfection—it’s commitment.

It’s choosing to show up even when it’s hard. It’s having someone in your corner who keeps you focused, grounded, and moving forward when you feel like stopping.

This is what real coaching is about.

Support when you need it most.

Accountability that actually drives change. A plan that’s built around you—your life, your goals, your pace.

Because when you finally stop trying to figure it all out alone… everything starts to click.

Confidence builds. Momentum grows. And results become inevitable.

So if that thought has crossed your mind—“why didn’t I do this sooner?”—don’t let it become a long-term regret.

A few months from now, you’ll either be glad you started… or still wishing you had.

The choice is yours.

Cardio isn’t your fat loss solution — it’s just a tool.

You can run, row, cycle, and stair-master all day…

But if you're eating in a surplus, you're not going to lose body fat.

Yes — cardio is amazing for your heart, your health, and your fitness.

But fat loss?

That’s a 24-hour game, and the gym is just 1 hour of it.

The real results come from what you’re doing in the other 23 hours:
🥗 The food you’re eating
🚶♀️ The steps you’re taking
😴 The sleep you’re getting
📊 The habits you’re building

So when you step into the gym — lift.

Train with purpose.

Get stronger.

Focus on performance, not just sweat.

Use cardio wisely.

But don’t rely on it to do the job your lifestyle needs to handle.

So far over 10kg down. Over 55cm lost. And a completely different level of confidence 💫

Sarah came to us not feeling like herself.

After having kids, juggling life as a nurse, and putting everyone else first, her confidence had taken a hit.

She didn’t want extremes.
She didn’t want to cut everything out.
She just wanted to feel comfortable in her own skin again.

But like so many, she felt stuck in the cycle:
Snacking and picking throughout the day,
feeling constantly hungry at night,
and never quite finding consistency.

With a busy schedule, two young girls, and long workdays, it had to fit her life — not take it over.

So that’s exactly what we did.

✔️ 3 structured training sessions each week
✔️ Lower impact training to work around her ankle
✔️ Building strength without relying on cardio
✔️ Increasing daily movement (dog walks, busy mum life 👏)
✔️ Creating structure with her nutrition — without restriction

No cutting out everything she enjoys.
No hours of cardio.
No “start again Monday” mindset.

Just simple, consistent habits that actually work in real life.

And now?

She’s not just seeing the changes physically — from her stomach, legs and arms…

She’s feeling more confident, more in control, and finally like herself again 🤍

This is what happens when you stop chasing quick fixes — and start building something sustainable.

If you want to feel your best without going to extremes, DM the word “TRANSFORMATION” or click the link in our bio to get started.
