🔹 Myth: You must “be strong” for others.
Fact: Feeling sad, angry, or afraid is not weakness—it’s human. Being honest about your emotions helps you heal and can be a comfort to those around you too.

🔹 Myth: If you don’t cry, you didn’t care enough.
