Nutshell and we are a Yorkshire-based charity that funds mental health support for the families of those who are on a non-binary or trans journey.

OUR AIM
is to ensure mental health therapy is available for such families so they can become more informed and better able to manage change in their own lives resulting from change in the lives of the people they love.

BIG NEWS 🧡 We believe that any family member of a trans or non-binary person that needs support through their journey should have it! That’s why we’ve now set up a self-referral page on our website. Please get in touch if you (or others you know) are searching for therapy that you’re currently unable to find/ afford. Nutshell are here to help 🙏🏻
