A beautiful relaxing gentle yoga, in the tranquil surroundings of Nidd Spa.
Walk in and float out.

If you’re interested in joining either class, and would like to know more, please email. I am fully qualified, and have been teaching yoga for 14 years in UK, Gibraltar, and Spain. Specialising in yoga for womens health and well-being.
I like to think that these classes allow you time to be you, to find your peace in an otherwise hectic week. We all need space and time, to just be, to relax and nourish our souls. 💕
