She was delighted to support her in getting to her favourite place and celebrating such a wonderful occasion with her family and friends. Moments like these mean so much to the people we support. 💙

We’ve been busy delivering a few egg-stra smiles this Easter! 🐣

Across Carefound Home Care, our local teams handed out over 300 Easter eggs to our clients and care professionals, and it’s safe to say they went down very well.

Our hourly care professional Kelly accompanied her client to the hairdressers during their visit last week, where our client requested a latte as a little treat while at her appointment!☕

Outings like this give our clients something to look forward to and help them continue enjoying the activities they love, even when getting out and about alone can be more difficult.

Our client mobilised very well, with Kelly there to provide a little extra support, companionship and reassurance along the way. 💙
