Look ๐Ÿ‘€ at the menu beforehand to decide what you can have, if you need help choosing, let me know.

Donโ€™t be afraid to ask ๐Ÿ™‹ how something is cooked or prepared so you can avoid fatty or fried foods.

Donโ€™t be afraid to call โ˜Ž๏ธ the restaurant and request a simple meal of eg. Chicken ๐Ÿ— and salad in advance of your visit.

Consider having a couple of starters ๐Ÿด in place of your main course.

Always eat a 1:1 Diet product before you arrive at a restaurant so you are not ravenously hungry and reach for bread whilst you wait for your food.
