We all wish for a life well lived, but chasing ‘happiness’ and ‘success’ can leave us feeling disappointed. Fulfilment, however, embraces life’s ups and downs. It allows us to grow through challenges, to find meaning in both joy and hardship, and to create a life that feels truly whole 💫

In this workshop, Janie will guide us through the 6 Human Needs we all share: Certainty, Variety, Significance, Love & Connection, Growth, and Contribution - and help you discover which matter most to you, how to keep them topped up, and how they can transform your relationships.

This is exactly what Art Club is all about: learning, experimenting, finding what works for you, creating, and sharing time with others who love art. Every session feels different, with our lovely regulars and new faces joining in each time and it’s such a joy to see the variety of work that comes out of it

The room was full of creativity and connection, it was amazing to see everyone having individual conversations and simply enjoying making together, wether that be painting, drawing, knitting or cross stitch 🎨💫

🌈 Our recent LGBTQIA+ Allies Evening was such a joy, the room was filled with laughter, games, great drinks and even greater conversations. People moved from table to table, meeting new faces, learning more about each other, and sharing plenty of smiles along the way. It’s such a wonderful thing to see our community come together, connect and celebrate in such a warm, welcoming space
